14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with original packaging and all included accessories.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return it for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 24–48 hours to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
