📱 Warranty Coverage

• Certified Pre-Owned iPhones: 14-Day Warranty

• Brand-New iPhones: 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

✅ What’s Covered

• Labor and parts for mechanical or hardware defects (after assessment and approval by our support team).

• If the item cannot be repaired, we’ll offer either a replacement (same or similar model) or a full refund.

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, screen blemishes, etc.).

• Accidental damage (e.g. drops, water damage).

• Malfunctions due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

• Shipping or return costs (unless damage is proven to be our fault).

🚫 Warranty Will Be Voided If:

• The device is jailbroken or software-modified in any way.

• The serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.

• The device is repaired or tampered with by a third-party technician before contacting us.

• The device is returned with activation locks, password locks, or other restrictions that prevent full inspection.

• Damage is caused by neglect, liquid exposure, or environmental conditions.
